The staff was very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean with spacious balconies providing scenic views of the vineyards. The hotel had ample facilities to enjoy a comfortable stay including parking and transportation.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we wanted to escape from the busy city on New Year's Eve. the hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains, and the view from our room's balcony was breathtaking. the restaurant served delicious food, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home.

Our New Year's Eve was ruined by the terrible noise coming from the party that was happening at the hotel's restaurant. the party lasted until the early hours of the morning, and we were not notified in advance.
